No, I provide you an outline of your sequence and all the copy for it in Google Docs. So you’ll know exactly which email to schedule on what day or after which trigger and have all the copy you need for everything (including subject lines, preview text, and body text.) You’ll be responsible for getting this information into your email service provider.
I don't design but I can help! When you get your email copy from me, it will be inside Google Docs and all set for the design process. Such a good question! A ton of thought and care goes into knowing your brand voice before I start writing. This includes our initial consult, 90-minute planning call, your brand voice/project strategy questionnaire, and in-depth customer voice research. This is also the reason why we have a 30-minute project offboarding call ~ so that we can refine all those copywriting strategies and make sure it sounds like you. Your email sequence will be delivered to you within 10 -15 business days of our project kick-off call. If you have add-ons like a sales page or lead magnet, you'll have all of your copy within 21-28 business days.
